Condition Report

Sturdy condition and can be sat upon, but with slight looseness in the joints. The back right leg is more loosened but still supports weight. There are old nail sites on the back of the crest rail showing where once the sofa was differently upholstered. Old scratches, scuffs and small discolorations throughout the frame. Upholstery is clean and intact except for a tear along the top edge of the back. The stuffing and springs feel somewhat worn and weaker. Heavier scuffs around the bases of the legs.
