Bill Blass Ostrich Feather Evening Dress with Wrap, From the Ebony Fashion Fair, 1990-2000s
Strapless evening dress of white net with black and white sequins and ostrich feathers set in a circular pattern with matching wrap. The dress is made with an inner boned bodice and finished with a sweeping train.

DRESS
The overall condition is poor as the fabric is worn around the strapless neckline and the inner bodice is soiled from repeat use. There is a hole in the net under the right arm and the hem of the dress is snagged and soiled from repeated use. There is also a hole in the fabric near the end of the zipper.
WRAP
The overall condition is very good.
Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
