Lot Description
Two Sets of Palmer Family Sheets Embroidered with the Initials "P.P.", Early 20th Century

This lot contains two sets of sheets. Each set contains two sheets and three pillow cases embroidered with the initials PP, which likely stands for Potter Palmer II or his wife Pauline Palmer. Both sets of sheets come directly from the family. 

THE FIRST SET 
This lot contains 5 items: two large sheets, three pillow cases. All embroidered with the same PP motif trimmed with fagoting and self fabric border. 
2 sheets: 90" x 104" 
3 pillow cases: 31.5" x 33.5". Comes with fabric covered removable button strip (for laundering).

THE SECOND SET
This lot contains 5 items: two large sheets, three pillow cases. All embroidered with PP motif. 
2 sheets: 90" x 104" 
3 pillow cases: 31.5" x 34". Comes with fabric covered removable button strip (for laundering).

Condition Report

Condition:

THE FIRST 
The overall condition is very good with some small brown marks on the pillow cases. 

THE SECOND
The overall condition is very good with some faint spots and soiling on one of the sheets.  

Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use.
