FIRST EDITION OF GAMBOGI'S RARE FENCING TREATISE, dedicated to Count Francesco Annoni. Gambogi describes the Italian, French, Spanish, and German schools of fencing and the small sword, with 3 plates illustrating various weapons, and 53 depicting various postures and positions.
