**Smith & Wesson Model 52-1

.38 Special Mid-Range. 5" barrel length. SN: 103727. Blued metal finish with varnished and checkered Smith & Wesson medallion grips. Short-recoil operated single action autoloading pistol fed by detachable single-stack magazines. Item features fully adjustable target rear and Patridge front sights, and mounts a safety lever on the left slide. The rear gripstrap is knurled, and the forward gripstrap and triggerguard are both serrated. The markings include the four-line Smith & Wesson address to the left slide, and the model marking MODEL-52-1 on the left frame. Standard make and model markings overall. Comes with one magazine.

Condition Report

Very Good. Bore is Very Bright with sharp rifling and some dust throughout. Metal finish shows some scattered light scratches along the slide flanks, and an abrasion to the right slide. Finish is flaking off the mainspring housing. Further scuffs to the blue on the triggerguard and on the right frame. Magazine displays some light insertion scratches and abrasions on the feed lips. Grips retain fine details with some tarnish on the medallions.
