Adele Simpson Purple Tartan Wool Coat, Dress, Belt, Scarf, 1980s

Ensemble Consists of Coat, Dress, Scarf, and Belt. Purple and Green plaid wool blend swing coat with jewel neckline, straight sleeves, front patch pockets, and front button closure. Dress in matching purple and green plaid wool with scoop neck, combined bodice and 3/4 sleeve, pleated and gathered straight skirt, and back button and zipper closure. Scarf in matching purple and green plaid wool. Belt is purple embossed leather in snake skin with faux tortoise shell buckle.

Condition Report

Overall condition is good. Coat has right shoulder pad tacking loose. Dress lining seam at center back skirt has come apart, hook and eye repair has been made at top of skirt on center back opening. Scarf has a few pulled and snagged threads throughout. Belt has worn spots on loop as well as the prong, and minor scrape on reverse side leather.
