Condition Report
The marble tops have been replaced with modern, synthetic-material tops. Porcelain plaques all intact without cracks, chips or restoration. Bronze mounts with slightly dull patina; one mount from the proper left front is loose and can be detached but is present. Wood elements with slightly faded patina, old scuffs, scratches and minor discolorations consistent with age. The porcelain plaques on the lowest drawer front can be removed and are not marked. The central plaque below the largest plaque can also be removed and is not marked. The upper porcelain plaques, including the largest one, cannot be removed, so it is not possible to check for marks or show the back of the plaques. We have tried to remove them and cannot do so without risking damaging the desk.
