17.00 x 35.00 mm case dimensions exclusive of lugs, matte silvered dial signed PATEK PHILIPPE, black baton numerals, blue steel sword hands, 18 jewel manual wind movement adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five adjustments signed PATEK, PHILIPPE & Co., hinged case back, curved rectangular case, faceted crystal, black crocodile strap signed TIFFANY & CO., 18 karat yellow gold tang buckle. 
Movement number: 824262.
Inner case back stamp: PATEK PHILIPPE & CO SWITZERLAND 610246 (HALLMARKS).
Case back engraved: WILLIAM LATHROP ROCKFORD ILLINOIS.

The watch winds, sets and runs but has not been timed for accuracy. There are scattered aging spots to the dial that are not easily eye visible. There are scattered scratches to the crystal that are consistent with age and wear. Three of the lugs show faint lines assumed to be from the construction. The gold case has scratches consistent with age. The strap has light creasing and staining.
