45.00 mm case diameter, white double-sunk dial signed PATEK, PHILIPPE & CIE, Arabic numerals with outer chapter ring calibrated to 60 units, blued steel Breguet hands with central chronograph hand for split-seconds function, subdials at 12 and 6 o'clock for chronograph minutes and seconds respectively, polished bezel, bow and case back, crown pusher for chronograph function, domed pusher in the band at 11 o'clock for split-second function, gold cuvette, stem wound and set 28 jewel rhodium-plated movement adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions with fausses côtes finish signed PATEK, PHILIPPE & Co. Spaulding-Gorham Inc CHICAGO, IL.

The pocket watch winds, sets and runs, with both stopwatch hands and second hand advancing but has not been timed for accuracy. There  is scattered debris trapped under the crystal. The crystal shows minor scratches consistent with wear. The dial shows no signs of wear. There are eye visible scratches on the gold surfaces.
