No. 004, 37.00 mm case diameter, matte silvered dial signed IWC Schaffhausen, applied luminous gold baton numerals, luminous gold pencil hands with central blued steel and split seconds chronograph seconds hand, subdials at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock for moonphase indication, minutes, month indication, seconds, and day indication, aperture at 7:30 for year indication, fluted gold circular case, chronograph pushers at 11, 2 and 4 o'clock, Cal. 79251 self-winding movement.

Accompanied by a partial black leather strap signed IWC and an inner and outer box signed Audemars Piguet.
