Condition Report

Both chairs in structurally sound usable condition. Scattered light surface scratches to lower rail portion from normal age related use. Finish to wood is even and consistent throughout and appears original. Upholstery is free of any major damages and appears original. Some areas of discoloration associated with regular bodily contact and normal age use. Foam is still soft.
