Condition Report

Overall fine and usable condition; currently disassembled and can be shipped in knocked-down form. Exterior surfaces with scattered inactive dry mildew spots (armoire was previously in a storage unit for several years) which can be wiped off. Old scuffs, scratches, minor water marks and discolorations, and worm holes consistent with age. Several later wood elements added for stability and repair. Small area of wood loss from the molded edge of the cornice. Side walls with heavier dry mildew spots which can be wiped off. Several small surface repairs in one door. Additional photos (disassembled) available upon request.
