Christian Dior by Marc Bohan Haute Couture Ensemble, Autumn-Winter 1973
Worn by Dame Olivia de Havilland
Ensemble consists of dress, scarf, necklace and shoes. Main fabric is a light blue sheer fabric woven with a gold lame stripe. The dress has a scoop neckline, long sleeves, straigh bodice and long knife pleat skirt. The matching scarf is long and rectangular. The is lined and closes down the center back. Necklace is a square goldtone chain with clusters of rhinestones.

Dress is in good condition with overall fading of the main fabric. There is a light blue band of color around the waistline, which looks to be closer to the original color. Each underarm is discolored and the back armscye on the left side has been repaired. The undearms of the lining are discolored, brittle and broken in areas. The shoes are heavily worn with missing heel caps on each shoe.
