Condition Report

In overall good, stable, attractive condition. The exterior recently refinished. Old scuffs, marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. Evidence of worm throughout with scattered areas of heavier worming. Scattered age splits to door and sides. Reattached elements to doors and cornice. Interior with an upholstered lining.
