A Louis XVI Style Mahogany Marble-Top Commode

19th Century

Height 34 x width 38 1/4 x depth 19 3/4 inches.

Condition Report

In good, stable, usable, presentable condition. Marble top intact but with older repair, having two reinforcements inset into underside, some minor chipping to edges. Case with even finish, only light surface wear consistent with age and use. Each drawer opens and closes smoothly, with locks, one key. Hardware appears later. Top panels (under marble) with cracks, one area of loss.
