Ivory silk blouse with ruffled collar and sleeve cuffs, hidden center front button up closure and attached neck tie.

The overall condition is good with some light soiling under each arm due to normal wear and some light spots on the right cuff pleating and right tip of the neck tie.
THE SECOND
The overall condition is good with some dark spots under the right arm in the gusset area.
THE THIRD
The overall condition is good with some small spots on the right back sleeve near the elbow.
