Condition Report
Overall very good, attractive, stable, and structurally sound condition.  Showing one isolated area of color inconsistency to the upper position of the front right 'leg' element, possibly associated with exposure to moister.  Additionally, the top of the piece shows one very faint cup-ring.  All drawers function and operate smoothly, with one drawer showing some discoloration to interior and one faint sciff to one drawer front.  The overall design and appearance present very well.
