Condition Report

Overall excellent, stable, and structurally sound condition. The color and finish are even and consistent throughout, showing one small loss of material to the lower-back-left corner of the top portion of the cabinet. All drawers operate smoothly. The cabinet can be broken down into two sections for shipping and transport - attachment screws are retained.
