Condition Report

overall stable condition. fabric is free of any stains, tears, rips, or odors ready for in home use. wood finish is consistent throughout. overall scuffs, scratches, and dents most noticeable to armrest front joints with one example having deeper indentations and scratches. small area of loss of finish to one armrest. 1 light scuff 3 inches long to side of armrest on one example. please see additional images.
