Condition Report

Overall good, attractive structurally sound condition. All moving elements function and operate smoothly. Credenza free of any veneer loss. Scattered light surface scratching throughout associated with normal age related use. Black sides of reversible sliding doors show scratching associated with contact to each other, teak veneered sides are both in overall very good condition. Black Laminate on inset portion of ,drawers appears to be after-market but removable and appears to have been professorially applied. Various areas of discoloration to top from age related use. Fully finished back in overall very good condition. Includes three internal, height-adjustable shelves.
