Condition Report

Old scuffs, marks and scratches throughout. Having a dark, uneven finish. Top with two age cracks running through entirety, various stains and substances to top. From rim of top with scattered old chips and loses. Extensive worming throughout with areas of damage from worm or possibly termites to back to top and interior of feet. Hinges to right side of door loose from case. Still attached but not stable. Interior baseboard split in two but present. Additional images available upon request.
