Two Meissen Porcelain Allegorical Figures of the Senses
EARLY 20TH CENTURY
Each depicting a seated 18th century woman, 'Hearing' playing a spinet, and 'Sight' looking into a mirror on her dressing table, each with crossed swords mark in underglaze blue, incised E3 and E1, impressed 127 and 151Q.
Heights 5 3/4 and 5 inches; widths 4 and 3 1/2 inches.

Very minor rubbing to gilt, overall excellent condition.
