45.00 mm case diameter, white single-sunk dial signed PATEK PHILIPPE & CIE, black Arabic numerals with outer chapter ring calibrated to 60 units, gold Louis XV Roskopf hands, subdial for seconds at 6 o'clock, stem wound and set manual wind movement signed PATEK PHILIPPE, case back with monogram engraving.
