Condition Report

overall fine stable condition. leather has some aging, minor cracking, scuffs, and tears commensurate with age and use. cracking most significant to left armrest. sunfading and some dryness to wood veneer consistent with age. areas water oxidation to wood (see additional images). minor nicks, dents, surface scratches to wood veneer. aluminum back connectors have significant scratches. aluminum feet minor nicks but no major misshappenings. please see additional images for full condition.
