Condition Report

Overall very good, attractive structurally sound condition, free of any chips, fleabites, cracks or losses to material. Scattered light surface scratches to top and lower portion of base associated with normal age related use. One isolated area to underside of table, roughly 12 inches in length shows scattered traces of discoloration, likely the result of a liquid or food spill. The table is held together by gravity alone, no screws or bolts needed for assembly - top sits inserted into base.
