An Egyptian Faience Dish
New Kingdom, 1550 B.C.-1070 B.C.
Diameter 6 inches.

Provenance:
Estate of Jack Schmidt, acquired in Egypt circa 1950s-60s
Acquired from the above by the present owner
Condition Report
Intact, with a faint hairline crack visible from the rim on the back of the dish. The crack is from antiquity. 
Provenance note: Jack Schmidt lived in the Washington D.C. area and worked for a Government health agency and collected in Egypt in the 1950s-60s. This lot was purchased from his estate sale by the present owner.
