Condition Report
Condition:

The overall condition is very good structurally though there is an area on the front left armhole where the satin cord has come loose from the dress. The neckline has minimal soiling due to wear. There are two large discolored spots; one on the front right and one on the left side seam, and a small dark spot on the back left side seam near seat level. There is a yellowed spot on the front top near lower chest area and a few very small holes along the back hemline. There are a couple of small areas where the pleated has relaxed. The belt has a couple of small holes in the backing near the snap closures and some minimal soiling along the entire backing. The front of the belt has two small holes from what are likely old tack stitches near the bead closure and the bottom chain stitch loop is broken.

Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. All other condition issues are stated above.
