Condition Report

Condition: Substantial deposits of surface dirt and dust. Canvas is slightly distorted, particularly along the upper edge and is accompanied by a horizontal crack, no greater in length than 1 inch. Faint stretcher lines around image perimeter. Previous repair in lower right corner verso, with corresponding area of inpainting on recto, no greater in area than 1 inch x 2 inches. Under UV, a small area of inpainting in upper left corner; three strokes in the central tree; additional scattered strokes of inpainting throughout.
Framed: 30 1/2 x 26 1/2 inches.
