Lot Description
ART DECO, AQUAMARINE, DIAMOND AND ONYX BROOCH
Containing one cushion mixed cut aquamarine measuring approximately 13.35 x 10.85 x 7.55 mm, numerous old European and mixed cut diamonds and six calibre cut onyx plaques. Mounted in platinum-topped gold. 3 inches wide.
Stamp: (maker's mark) 585.

Condition Report
Measurements: The brooch measures approximately 3 inches by 1/2 inch.

Aquamarine is estimated to weigh 6.50 carats by formula.

Overall Condition: Please note one of the diamonds is chipped. There are some nicks and abrasions to the aquamarine. Electronic test indicates the metal is platinum topped 14 karat gold. Superficial scratches are consistent with wear. 

Diamond Characteristics (graded insofar as mounting permits):
Color: H-I.
Clarity: VS-SI.
