one handle with the applied coat-of-arms for the City of Westminster, the other handle with the applied coat-of-arms for Herbert Eaton, 3rd Baron of Cheylesmore, raised on claw-and-ball feet; the framed proclamation manuscript commemorating the unveiling of the Major General's portrait in the City Council's chambers.
