LATE QING DYNASTY
清晚期 鑲白玉如意頭形蓋盒
the even colored white jade ruyi head-form plaque forming the cover, carved in relief showing a flower-filled basket, the hardwood box carved to the exterior with shaped panels with floral motifs.

Condition Report
Overall good condition. The cover originally made as an inset for ruyi scepter, with minor holes at the iner rim.
