This lot includes two dresses.

THE FIRST
Brown with white dotted Swiss long sleeve dress with ruffled collar, smocked top with puffy and ruffled long sleeves, full skirt hemmed in ruffles, and moire ribbon belt with pink fabric flowers.

THE FIRST
The overall condition is very good though the skirt lining has some overall discoloration due to age and there is a spot on the left front ribbon belt.

THE SECOND
The overall condition is very good structurally though there are some faint orange spots on top left shoulder, left waist, and back left waist. The back left sleeve elbow has some slight darkening.

Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. All other condition issues are stated above.
