Condition Report

In overall fine and stable condition. Old scuffs, marks, and scratches consistent with age and use. Areas of wear to the painted surface heavier in areas where use and handling are more frequent, in particular to the top. Age cracks visible in areas. The top board was previously cracked and re-glued. There is a 1/2 x 23-inch patch to the lid. Appears to retain its original hinges. The sides of the case show evidence previously been fitted with carrying handles.
