Condition Report
Sweet Water: Image: 8 7/8 x 10 3/4 inches.
Sheet: 11 3/4 x 15 inches.
Paper hinged to backing board in upper right and left corner verso. Hinge remnants on upper left and right corners. Paper slightly toned. Light soiling in upper right margin. Left margin edge rippled.

Farm in the Rockies: Image: 7 1/2 x 11 3/4 inches.
Sheet: 12 5/8 x 17 1/8 inches.
Paper hinged to backing board in upper right and left corner verso. Paper is toned. Mat burn around outer edges of margins. One spot of foxing in upper right corner margin. Rippling along right and left edges.

The Corral - Tres Cumbres: Not examined out of frame.
Image: 7 x 11 7/8 inches.
Framed: 16 1/8 x 21 1/8 inches.
One pinpoint brown stain in lower right margin under signature. Appears in overall basic good and stable condition.

Hog Back Meeting House: Image: 9 3/4 x 13 1/4 inches.
Sheet: 12 x 16 inches.
Paper is toned. Hinge remnant on upper right and left corner. Handling dent in lower center margin. Mat burn on verso.
