Condition Report

Case in good condition with normal surface wear from light use; a few scuffs and very insignificant dents at edges. The inside of the case (action and part of soundboard) are moderately dusty/dirty with some areas of residue from the being left with the lid open for long periods of time. The soundboard is visibly intact without any noticeable damage or cracks. All keys strike and return. We do not know when the piano was last serviced; the piano is presently stored and we regret that it is not possible to set it up before the auction and record it being played.
