Condition Report
Seat height of chair 14 1/2 inches. Ottoman: H 14 1/2 x W 24 x D 20 inches.
Overall good vintage condition. Wood shows heavier water oxidation, scuffs, scratches, and minor losses from age-related use presents well and in structurally sound condition. Has been recovered in the past decade and upholstery is free of major rips, tears, or stains with 1 isolated snag to back of lounge chair. Cushions are soft and ready for in-home use.
