Framed: 29 1/2 x 22 1/4 inches.
Minor deposits of surface dirt and dust; small deposit of gold paint along extreme upper right edge. Under UV light, scattered areas of inpainting along upper edge; one small area within left side of left drape; within white pants of man on left; within black pants of man on right; as well as the seat and back of the chair on the right.
