Condition Report

Seat Height 17 inches.

Overall fine, stable, and structurally sound condition. Wood elements show some scattered light nicks and surface scratches associated with age-related use. Upholstery is heavily soiled to the seating area and the internal foam has hardened, the chair would benefit from reupholstery, but is suitable for use as is.
