Condition Report
Condition:

THE FIRST
The overall condition is good with what appears to be repairs on a few of the button closures. The burnished finish has faded/worn off a little, there are a few loose beads, and there are scuffed and worn heels on both boots.

THE SECOND
The overall condition is good though the black leather is a little stiff with some creases across the toes and some minor spots on each of the shafts.

THE THIRD
The overall condition is good though the leather has some noticeable wear around the ankles and tops of the shafts where the dye is starting to separate to show the hide underneath.

THE FOURTH
The overall condition is good with some moderate soiling due to wear, most noticeably on the heels and soles of the boots. The cording and stitching along the button holes is loose in several of the holes but still attached.

THE FIFTH
The overall condition is good with some degradation and cracking to the leather trim along the tops of the spats and some small holes due to previous insect activity. The bottom leather stirrups are stiff but intact.

THE SIXTH
The overall condition is good structurally though there is a large red soiled spot on the left outer boot top near the bottom and some small spots throughout both spats.

Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All other condition issues are stated above. To request additional working condition photos, please email couturecr@hindmanauctions.com with the lot number. Condition is a matter of opinion of the evaluator and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Clients must review and agree to the Conditions of Sale before participating in an auction.
