Condition Report
Condition:

THE FIRST
The overall condition is good with the following:
Split/Separated Seams: The cartridge pleats on the right front of the apron are coming detached from waistband. The skirt waistband has some missing stitches and there are several back pleat tacks that have come loose.
Losses: There are small holes under the arm of the right sleeve. Small holes are noticeable on the back left flounce of the apron. There are several small holes in the glazed cotton lining at the back train.
Soiling/Spots: There is noticeable soiling under each arm. There are spots on the back left panel and left sleeve hem. Large orange hued soiled spot on the left back of the apron with a smaller spot on the right back and light spots on the front running the length of the apron. There are several spots throughout the skirt with most noticeable at the center front and center back within the folds.
Repairs/Alterations: There appears to have been a different neckline used in the past but has since been restored to the original cut.

THE SECOND
The overall condition is poor with the following:
Structural Issues: The bodice is starting to split along the center back neckline. The majority of the skirt ruched detail is shredding and the waistband taffeta is mostly gone leaving the cotton lining. The front of the skirt is split from the center front waistband.
Losses: There is a small hole on the front right bodice near the bust.
Soiling/Spots: There is some light soiling under each arm, mostly noticeable in the lining. The skirt has a dark spot on the back left hemline.
Repairs/Alterations: The  bodice hem appears unfinished which could suggest a trim or detail was removed at some point.
