Purchased by the museum in 1978 from Clifford Silsby, Los Angeles, CA.
In overall decent, stable condition. Some very minor rubbing to gilt decoration on body and rim of lid. Floral finial on lid with a few flakes and loses to petals. Small Stem attaching floral finial to foliate element on lid broken off and not retained. No other significant condition issues noted. Additional images available upon request.
