Condition Report

In overall fine and stable condition. Appears to retain a fairly even patina and finish throughout. Light surface wear, scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with use. The marble top is in fairly good condition and shows typical nicks and small frets to the edges. One small fret visible at the center of the top. Does not retain a key, but all drawers are open and run smoothly. Few age cracks visible to the veneer.
