Condition Report

Overall good stable vintage condition. Dresser has been heavily refinished in the past decade uneven application to certain area and color discrepancy most noticeable to top left drawer. Tight age splits to legs were cabinets meet (see additional images) in overall good structural sound condition. Light surface scuffs, scratches, dents, losses and finish loss throughout from age-related wear. Finished teak back with minor paint splatters that could be removed. Brass feet caps have heavy patina, oxidation, and scratches from age-related wear.
