Condition Report

Old scuffs, marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. Upholstery stained and areas of threadbare/holes. One cushion with heavy loses to one side. Both likely need reupholstering prior to use. Some areas of flaking and loss to paint to wood frame with exposed base wood. Both chairs with repairs to backrest where backrest joins seat.
