Six Cast Iron Tsuba
19TH CENTURY
comprising five of sukashi type, the first depicting samurai figures underneath prunus branches, with gold inlays and a brass rim, the second showing ginko leaves with gold inlays, the third and fourth decorated openworked branches, the fifth decorated with a circle of radiating leaves; the sixth in the form of a bag of Hotei; all unsigned.
