An Assembled George II Silver Cruet Set
Various Makers, London, 18th Century
comprising a stand and two casters marked for Jabez Daniel, 1750-1752; a muffineer marked for Samuel Wood, 1744 and two unmarked silver-mounted cut glass oil and vinegar bottles.

Condition Report
Stand with light to moderate surface scratching throughout consistent with age and use. Likely erasure from applied cartouche on frame, underside with assay test marks. Frame holds all items securely, but associated items are not a perfect fit in frame. Muffineer with some small indents to top, one small element of pierce-work detached. Casters with holes and splits on side. One caster Lid reinforced with a interior frame due to loses to pierce decoration. One glass bottle with a chip to lip rim and side of body on neck, not visible when cap is in place, other bottle appears intact without cracks or chips. Additional images available upon request.
