Two Velvet Pieces: One Coat Trimmed in Fur, One Velvet Dress, 1920s

This lot includes two items; one coat, one dress.

THE FIRST
Pink silk velvet clutch front coat with exaggerated fur trimmed collar, fur trimmed sleeve cuffs, and lined in cream silk satin.

Condition Report
Condition:

The overall condition is good-very good with the following:

THE FIRST
Structural Issues: The center back neckline satin lining has shredded revealing the interlining.
Split/Separated Seams: The interior pocket stitching is loose but still intact.
Losses: There is a bare spot in the fur collar along the right neckline.
Soiling/Spots: There are some small dark spots on the front right opening facing and some dark marks in the back satin lining, mostly in the top left shoulder and center back near hemline. There are faint darkened spots on the elbows of each sleeve.

THE SECOND
Split/Separated Seams: There are a couple of popped stitches on the front hip where the scalloped panels join the remainder of the dress and on the back skirt panel where it meets the scalloped panel.
Losses: There is a pinhead sized hole on the back right waist near the side seam.
Soiling/Spots: There are some small dark spots on the bottom of two scalloped skirt panels in the front.
