Condition Report

The chairs are structurally and functionally sound. The upholstery is in very good condition. One armchair having the back of chair rail with exposed screw, possible old repair to foot. One side chair with surface wear to seat back and a few scuffs to edges of frame. Larger armchair with added nail to reinforce medallion panel, a couple of small losses to trim on seat back. One side chair with missing tendril to the back of front left foot.
