Lot Description
ART NOUVEAU, YELLOW GOLD, RUBY AND ENAMEL OPEN FACE LAPEL WATCH
Consisting of a curling foliate motif brooch with green translucent enamel and five round cabochon rubies, suspending an open face pocket watch with 34.00 mm case diameter, black Arabic numerals, subdial for seconds at 6 o'clock, stem wound and set 15 jewel manual wind movement, guilloche grey enamel and foliate engraved case back containing seven round cabochon rubies. 3 1/8 inches long.
Inner case stamp: (Swiss hallmarks).
Inner case back stamp: SWISS OMEGA (Swiss hallmark) 14K 3807265.

Condition Report
Measurements: The lapel watch measures approximately 3 1/8 inches long.
Overall Condition: Electronic test indicates that the brooch is 18 karat gold and the pocket watch is 14 karat gold. There is some loss of enamel on the brooch on a leaf and the stem and a hairline crack in the porcelain dial. The watch winds, sets and runs at the time of cataloguing but has not been timed for accuracy. Please note that Hindman does not warranty the timepiece at the time of the auction or after its purchase.
