EXTRA-ILLUSTRATED BY THE ADDITION OF APPROXIMATELY 145 PLATES AND 100 DOCUMENTS (see below).  20th-century blue morocco gilt, brown morocco strapwork onlays on covers and spine, wide turn ins and tan morocco doublures gilt, watered silk endleaves, edges gilt, stamp-signed by the Monastery Hill Bindery (light rubbing, minor losses to some onlays).
